Ricky Murray is an immigration attorney with nearly two decades of experience at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), where he served in a series of senior leadership positions. Most recently, he was Chief of Staff for Refugee and International Operations, overseeing nationwide parole programs and interagency coordination. Previously, he served as Field Office Director in Reno, Nevada, and was acting Field Office Director in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, managing day-to-day adjudications and stakeholder engagements.  In addition, he served as Deputy Chief within the Immigrant Investor Program Office, where he directed policy and operations impacting investors and entrepreneurs, as well as presented at conferences nationwide discussing EB-5 policy and policies.  In each of these roles, Mr. Murray led teams, streamlined complex processes, and helped shape national immigration policies designed to improve efficiency and fairness.

Today, Mr. Murray brings that same knowledge and dedication to his law practice, where he advises and represents clients navigating the U.S. immigration system. His unique background gives him an insider’s understanding of how cases are reviewed and decisions are made, allowing him to anticipate challenges and craft effective strategies for his clients. Whether assisting families, businesses, or individuals, he is committed to guiding clients with clarity, compassion, and a practical approach rooted in years of hands-on experience.
